Return Policy for Elsata Home

Returns

You can return items purchased at www.elsatahome.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some items are not eligible for return (see below).

Ineligible Items

  • Items purchased from retailers other than www.elsatahome.com
  • Items without an original order number
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to reject any damaged or used returns.
  • Please note that slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish, as well as minor irregularities in the surface, are inherent characteristics of the materials and production process and are not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@elsatahome.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the item(s) being returned
  • Item number(s) and reason for return

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Lost Items

Elsata is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact log@elsatahome.com within 14 days of delivery to file a claim. Please include your order number, a description of the damaged item(s), and photos of the packaging and damage. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible to file a claim.
